Control Your Anger

As humans, it is reasonable if sometimes feel angry when hurt. Many people are doing ways to vent their anger.
Destroying objects are nearby, hurting herself, speaking in a high voice, angryshouting, silence, and some are taking it to sleep. In addition to these examples, of course there are many more others to vent their anger expression. Anger is an expression language of the heart and responses somebody about something that is not preferred.
Anger can not be omitted completely from the human soul, but can be attenuated or controlled by habit. For example, pressing the anger and rage that is expressed not followed by action and words, and be patient. The main causes of anger in a person such as arrogance, which exceeded the limit of joking, laughing at others, fight, break a promise, greedy for wealth and life.

If you are angry, that you should do is:
1. Control it with patience and forgive people’s mistakes rather than continue to remember it.
2. Calm your heart in a comfortable place.
3. Tell somebody who could be trusted what you feel.
4. Find causes and find solutions.

Another thing you can do to avoid irritability is trying to care for others and not hurt other people and take care of yourself. Feeling enough of what we need, busied yourself in the activity that are more useful, such as religious science or pursue your hobbies and chang your lifestyle like  healthy diet can also affect our lives, diligently exercising in order to smooth blood circulation thereby reducing the health problems that cause stress and irritable.
