But pregnant women should limit intake of coffee because it can affect the development of the fetus. Institutions in the U.S. Pharmacopeia, and Food Standards Agency (FSA) in England suggested pregnant women to limit caffeine intake less than 300 mg per day.</p>

Therefore, pregnant women should limit coffee consumption during pregnancy is a maximum of two cups per day or no more than 200 mg of caffeine per day. The effect is fatigue that affects physical, behavioral, and emotional condition.</p>

* Increased incidence of injuries<br />
* Irritability<br />

Very annoying when we need information but we are unable to remember especially when those times of important for us. To restore or even improve memory, the first we have to do is get rid of the cause factors (except age of course). After that we can start exercise and do some memory improvement techniques. Here are some tips that hopefully can help improve memory.</p>
<p><strong>Nutritious, </strong><strong>balanced,</strong><strong> and </strong><strong>enough food to eat</strong></p>
<p>Our bodies need materials that can perform its functions properly. Care and meet the needs of your body then you will get positive feedback. Food that contains vitamin B complex is very good for the nerves and brain.</p>
<p><strong>Regular exercise 3-5 times a week</strong></p>
<p>Exercise to improve blood circulation, strengthen the body organs like the heart and lungs and improve general health. Stress is bad for your memory can also be reduced by exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Routine relaxation </strong><br />
Praying fervently,  visiting favorite place, taking  time to meditate or do whatever your  hobby  can be a choice to make this point.</p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>625 gr salmon, cut the salmon into small square pieces<br />
500 gr water<br />
225 ml coconut milk<br />
55 gr tamarind<br />
6 red chillies, cut lengthwise in the middle<br />
8 green chillies, cut lengthwise in the middle<br />
6 tablespoons curry powder<br />
5 tbsp oil<br />
5 cm ginger, finely grated in<br />
4 cloves garlic, finely crushed in<br />
1 onion, cut into quarters<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
2 tsp sugar<br />
2 curry leaves twig</p>
<p>Directions:<br />

Combine tamarind and 250 gr of water into a small bowl or other places, let stand for 10-20 minutes. Then get the cider. Or can be replaced with the juice of half lemon.<br />
2. Stir-fry green chillies and grated ginger until fragrant, add garlic. If it is fragrant (about ½ minutes) Add the chopped onion and saute until soft.<br />
3. Add 6 tablespoons of curry powder with a 500gr water, stir until thick.<br />
Cook over medium heat approximately 5 minutes. Add 115ml coconut milk. Cook over medium heat until the oil rose to the surface.<br />
